Topic: No such thing as Belly Fat... or is there?
you hear a different woman every day stating she wants to get down her belly ...nothing else ...

now i can relate to that because i don't want my ass to go anywhere... but i would like the lil bump right there by my navel to just .... i ain t know ... evaporate?

so, i started researching exercises specifically to lose belly fat ... or my pudge as i have so affectionately come to know this bump by my navel as.

somehow the responses i am getting ... aside from do crunches, do sit ups, you know, the regular stuff... aren t what i was expecting.

some dieticians and others argue there is no such thing as belly fat, u can t work out just one part of your body and expect that it will work (obviously they never saw george of the jungle, guy only used his hands man!!! he ain t had no legs whatsoever! nun!) you have to work your entire body.

but then, there are the fat burners that claim to attack the particular type of fat that resides in my pudge ... cortisol.

oh the bain of my existance ... cortisol...

my question is, as the world goes, if somethign can be identified, it can be worked on, so is it not true with belly fat too? its been identified as one particular type of fat... what can i do, dietary or other... than can assist me with getting my cortisol levels down?

and if its that the matter is the ab muscles need working along with the other muscles of the body, i can tell you, i can work my abs from here to next millenium... if i keep eating foods with cortisol, it's just gonna come back...

right or wrong?
