Topic: High protein low carbo, no sweet bread diet!!!
yeah... it gun be hard (seeing that i bajan...)

no greasy macaroni pie... little potato, little pasta without all that dang cheese... shiiiiiit i'm beginning to like the fat me more already....

i can eat :

chicken,
turkey,
fish (as if i would ever... this kitten hates fish... well, shrimp and lobster are completely different stories, and tuna in a can and salmon are actually chicken :D)
pork apparently is good, just not how i love it....
eggs (well, no problem there)
beans...well, bajan split peas works pretty goodas well as lentils...
nuts....almond and peanuts....

i can eat bacon and eggs for breakfast (and the heavens sing alleluja!!)

fried chicken for lunch (will actually be taking off the skin... saturated fat is bad, but it can be prepared in it- this keeps the chicken from drying out)

and beef for dinner (mind you dinner should happen at least 3 hours before going to bed, so digestion will at least start... if you eat and go straight to bed whats the sense... your gaining the weight in your sleep because ur not awake to burn any energy)

well, thats basically how easy it is...

here we go....

Well a minor modification or addition, however you want to look at it, it is recommended that you can eat vegetables with protein (meat) but not starch with meat.
example: chicken and chips = no
chicken and beets = yes
If you must eat starch, eat it seperately to meat (~3 hours),starch and veg is ok. Boost metabolism (and digestion speed) with a little curry or ginger to your meal.
